About us

Orejano was born from the dream of a father who loved to cook, and the son who inherited that passion.

My dad taught me to cook with love — no recipes, just flavor, heart, and time together in the kitchen. He always dreamed of opening his own restaurant, and even though life didn’t give him that chance, he passed the dream on to me.

Orejano is my way of honoring him — a place where food is honest, made with soul, and everyone feels welcome.

The name comes from a song about the orejano — a free gaucho, unbranded and true to himself. That’s how my dad lived. And that’s how we cook.

Thanks for being part of this.
